Many Americans celebrate Flag Day by displaying the Red, White & Blue in front of homes & businesses. The day commemorates the adoption of the Stars & Stripes as the official flag of the United States of America on June 14, 1777.

Minute of Silence

The red poppy, or Remembrance Poppy, has been a symbol of lives lost to war since World War I.

The National Moment of Remembrance Act law encourages all Americans to pause wherever they are at 3pm local time on Memorial Day for a minute of silent to remember & honor those who have died in service to our Nation.

Sunshine Machining & Tooling will be closed on Memorial Day, Monday, May 31st, for a moment of remembrance. To those who courageously gave their lives & those who bravely fight today, we thank you.
